So, in this issue, we will talk about how to carry out the rectification work?
Here's a tip:
1. Rectification is positioning, 100% of the items are placed in a fixed quantity, and positioning (fixed items, fixed locations, fixed quantities) is actually who, at what time, what things are put in what position;
2. Rectification is visualization, reasonable label and identification, so that anyone can clearly understand the current situation at any time, find out the abnormality as soon as possible and take measures to solve it;
3. Rectification means standardization, so that anyone can be competent for all posts;
How to do a good job in the rectification work in each administrative region? Let's take Ribao as an example
Administrative Area:
① The office name plate is placed in a conspicuous position on the top left of the desktop;
② The computer is divided into two hard disks, C and D, in which C disk is the system disk and D disk is the office disk to store documents;
③ Documents, data identification, fixed management, required documents, data can be found in 10 seconds;
④ The tea cup should be provided with a sealing cover, which is not easy to be knocked down at the inner end of the table;
⑤ Office drawers should be classified according to office supplies, document samples, daily necessities, etc., and placed separately and marked;
⑥ Garbage cans and cleaning supplies should be placed in designated places;
⑦ When personnel leave the office desk, the office chair should be pushed to the bottom of the desk and placed in parallel next to the desk;
⑧ The power plug should be kept clean and marked with self-adhesive;
⑨ Computer, telephone, printer cable should be tied up, not messy;
⑩ The filing cabinet shall be marked with the items in the cabinet and the person in charge.

② One set of 2l rotary evaporators in chemical room I and III are placed in the same fume hood with the special shz-d III water pump, the cooling water is connected with the circulating water of the water pump, the 5L rotary evaporator is placed in the central platform II of the chemical room I, the special vacuum shz-d III water pump, the dsl20 / 10 refrigeration pump, the 50L rotary evaporator is placed in the ventilation room of the chemical room II, and the special shz-95b vacuum pump and cooling pump are used.
③ The scale (balance) is placed under the ventilation hood of the test bench. When weighing special volatile reagents, it can be transferred to the fume hood for use, and return to its original position immediately after use.
④ Reagents
A. the reagent with volume less than 2L should be placed on the reagent rack, and the label should be correct and standard. Only one bottle can be used for each type, and the remaining one bottle should be placed in the lower cabinet of the fume hood;
B. the reagent in bags (within 5kg) is clamped at the opening of the bag, and the fresh-keeping box with cover is stored in the lower cabinet of the fume hood;
C. volatile or irritant reagents shall be placed in the fume hood 12 of chemical room I and registered;
D small trial chemicals must be stored and used in ventilation room;
E. restricted chemicals shall be stored and used according to the "management measures for restricted chemicals of Hefei Libao physical and Chemical Co., Ltd.".
⑤ Oven
A chemical room I, III each 1 set, only used for drying glass instrument;
B medicine oven is in high temperature room and ventilation room of chemical room IV;
C. each oven and drying plate are numbered and cannot be changed;
⑥ Glassware
A in addition to the glassware in use (including electric bowl), other utensils must be placed in the cabinet;
B. the glassware is initially used. The electric heating bowl is placed in the cabinet of the central counter and placed by category. A list is pasted on the outside of the cabinet;
C 20L reaction bottle is placed in the reaction pot
D. the auxiliary glassware of the reaction bottle of the small test reactor (50L, 100L) shall be removed when not in use and placed in the cabinet. Among them, the auxiliary glass of chemical room 5 shall be placed in the cabinet of chemical room 4 with correct identification;
⑦ Clean, sanitary, labor protection appliances
A. the cleaning tools are placed on the cleaning rack;
Tools include broom, mop, dustpan, bucket brush, bottle brush, cloth, dust sweep, gloves, mask, etc.
⑧ Maintenance tools
A the service tool is placed on the tool rack
B each chemical room is equipped with different maintenance tools according to the needs, and the list is placed on the rack.
⑨ Solid waste and waste water
A solid waste is divided into three categories: drug waste, sanitation and packaging, and glass
B medicine discarding refers to the spilled raw materials, products and collected solid wastes, which are collected in cardboard barrels with covers;
C. sanitary and packaging articles refer to used paper, gloves, masks and packaging bags, which are collected in cardboard barrels and can not be covered during the day, and must be covered at night and on rest days or when someone visits and inspects them;
D glass refers to broken bottles and other glass products, which are placed in the green dustbin of the cleaning room; e waste water and waste liquid are divided into reaction wastewater and washing wastewater, and the barrels are placed in the designated position of the laboratory;
F or above waste packaging surface must be labeled, indicating the type and content;
⑩ Cleaning
A. cleaning in the cleaning tank or barrel of the laboratory;
B cleaning equipment includes 1 barrel and 1 leakage net;

Analysis area:
① Liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, precision balance and muffin furnace are respectively placed in liquid phase room, gas phase room, balance room and high temperature chamber;
② Melting point meter, moisture meter, titrator, COD detector and liquid phase mobile phase pretreatment equipment are placed in the physical and chemical analysis room;
③ Reagent refrigerators are only used to store analytical reagents that need to be refrigerated and placed in the physical and chemical analysis room; reagents that do not need refrigeration are placed in the cabinet of physical and chemical analysis room;
④ Three dryers are placed on the table top of physical and chemical analysis room;
⑤ Each cabinet and drawer are numbered and fixed items are placed in categories. Labels are pasted on the doors of cabinets and drawers;
Liquid phase chamber:
Syringe, reagent bottle cover drawer;
2 Drawer items: gloves, paper drawing, garbage bag;
3 Drawer items: sample bottle, needle, filter head;
4 Drawer items: chromatographic column, ruler, 25ml syringe, extensive test paper;
5 drawer items: label paper, warehouse receipt;
6 Drawer items: instrument instructions, air conditioner remote controller;
7 drawer items: instrument use record;
8 drawer items: centrifugal tube;
9 drawer items: disposable plastic straw;
Cabinet 1 items: liquid phase accessories.
Gas phase chamber:
1 DRAWER items: gloves and toilet paper;
2 Drawer items: bullet head and label paper;
3 Drawer items: chromatographic column;
4 Drawer items: Furi instrument manual, air conditioner remote controller;
5 drawer items: tools and trachea;
6 Drawer items: spare parts box;
Cabinet 1 items: medical absorbent cotton, discolored silica gel.
Physical and chemical analysis room:
1 DRAWER items: weighing bottle, conical bottle, filter membrane, ear washing ball;
2 Drawer items: disposable gloves, protective glasses;
3 Drawer items: cuvette, cotton swab, COD special consumables;
4 Drawer items: cod instructions, COD instrument usage records;
5 drawer items: moisture operation procedures, instrument use records;
6 Drawer items: melting point capillary;
Items in cabinet 1: crucible and volumetric flask;
Items in cabinet 2: purified water;
Items in No.3 cabinet: 4L acetonitrile and 4L methanol;
Items in No.4 cabinet: reagents (the list is pasted on the cabinet door);
Items in cabinet 5: reagents (sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate).
⑥ The cleaning tools are placed on the cleaning rack, and the garbage can is placed in the designated position.
Warehouse area:
① The shelves shall be numbered reasonably according to their positions and functions. All materials shall be placed on the corresponding shelf labels, and shall not be replaced at will. In case of new unreasonable places, the warehouse keeper shall inform the administration, computers and objects to be changed at the same time. For shelf and material number, please refer to "5S management positioning table of Anqing Jinming Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.".
② Materials that are not suitable to be placed on the shelf should be placed in a reasonable area and marked with signboards, and the positions should not be changed at will.
③ The warehouse keeper should lock the door when leaving the warehouse, and close the doors and windows and water and electricity when leaving the warehouse after work.
④ The warehouse keeper shall make the warehousing acceptance record and warehouse out registration according to the regulations, and the daily warehouse in and out registration shall be submitted to the administrative department the next morning to ensure that the accounts and materials are consistent. Every day, the warehouse keeper must carefully check the name, quantity and the address, name and telephone number of the consignee.
⑤ Before leaving work on Friday, the technician should be urged to prepare the materials for weekend use and lock the warehouse. If it is necessary to enter the warehouse on weekends, the key of the warehouse should be left to the staff above the director level or the warehouse administrator to work overtime.
⑥ The returned raw materials should be checked first to ensure that they are correct and not mixed. The returned materials should be marked with the person returning to the warehouse and placed in the place of raw materials, and priority should be given to them.
